Creamy pasta with chicken

This was my dinner last night, after a long day at the gym, practicing for the fitness instructor examine, that’s coming up this weekend (I’m sooo nervous!!)
I don’t eat pasta very often, but goood I love it when I do! This was really delicious and sooo quick and easy to make! You should try it out 🙂
Recipe (1 serving):
100 gram fresh wholewheat organic tagliatelle pasta
1 chicken breast
250 ml. low fat cream (I use Oma 4 % fat)
2 gloves garlic
2 tsp green pesto
Peas (desired amount)
Cherry tomatoes (desired amount) – cut into small pieces
Salt & peber to taste
To do:
Fry the chicken in some olive or coconut oil
Add the rest of the ingredient when fried
Cook the pasta and add to the chicken/sauce
