Ovenbaked Flounder with creamy spinach

I really love spinach and could eat it all the time !

Maybe because I think it makes me as strong as Popeye!? 😀

Recipe:

I seasoned the flounder with dill, bit of lemon juice, peber and sea salt

Bake at 180 degress for 10-15 min.

Defrost spinach and add it to a pot, add some low fat cream and season with peber and sea salt – heat for approximately 10 min.

Beside I had cooked carrot and leek

Enjoy 🙂
