Chicken with honey/balsamico roasted vegetables

My dinner tonight was SO good !!

Recipe (1 serving):

1 chicken breast

2 smal carrots

1 leek

3-4 mushrooms

Fry the chicken breast in a pan with a bit of olive oil

add the mushrooms when the chicken has been roasted on both sides

Remove the chicken from the pan (when done) and add the carrots and leek

Add some agave sirup and balsamico vinegar and fry for 5-7 min.

In a pot you add some defrostet spinach and add a bit of low fat cream, sea salt and peber

Let it heat for approximately 10 min.

Serve everything together, and you’ll have a party in your mouth 😀
