LCHF buns

Recipe (6 buns):

4 eggs
1 dl creme fraiche 38 %
1 dl sunflowerseeds
1 dl sesameseeds
1 dl almond flour
2 tbsp fiber husk (Danish product)
1 tbsp Sukrin (Danish product)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 big gradet carrot

Mix eggs and creme fraiche together and then add the rest.

Leave the dough for 10 min.
Top with sunflowerseeds and bake at 200 degrees until firm and golden.

Enjoy 🙂

Tip: If you are “afraid” of fat (which you shouldn’t be!) – you can use skyr instead of creme fraiche

 

Lowcarb buns

I was experimenting in my kitchen yesterday, and it turned out pretty good I think !

Theese buns are lowcarb and high in protein (yaaay win win!!)

Recipe (6-7 buns):

140 gram 5-corn blend (or just diff. kinds of corns/seeds)

2 eggs

70 gram fatreduced almondflour

1 dl. lowfat milk

25 gram chickpea flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

Mix everything together and form small buns on a baking tray (covered with baking sheet)

The dough is quite sticky, so you might have to do it with a spoon

Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 min. (keep an eye on them!!)

Banana buns

Please do yourself a favour and try theese babies out – they are the bomb !!

And they are glutenfree – yaay! 🙂 Great as a snack or for breakfast

Recipe (7-8 buns):

2 ripe banana

130 gram glutenfree oats

90 gram raisins

25 gram sunflower seeds

20 gram flax seeds

 2 tsp bakingpowder

To do:

Turn oats into flour (in foodprocessor)

Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the rest of the ingredients

Bake at 200 degress for 15-20 min. (keep an eye on them)

Enjoy ! 🙂

Paleo Bread

This bread is great for breakfast and lunch

It will keep you full for hours

Low carb, high protein, glutenfree (YAAY!)

It contains quite a lot of fat (healthy though!) due to all the seeds,

so you might not eat way too much of it 😉

Recipe:

3 eggs

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1,5 tsbp coconut oil (or other)

400 gram seed/nuts of choice

Bake at 180 degress for 45-50 min.

Paleo Crispbread

Theese are great as a snack in the afternoon, when you

feel hungry before dinner (which I often do!!)

They are low carb, high protein and glutenfree (win win win)

Recipe:

100 gram flaxseeds

100 gram sesameseeds

200 gram sunflowerseeds

1 dl water

1 tsp oil (I used olive oil)

1 tsp sea salt

Combine everything in a foodprocessor and spread the “dough” on a baking sheet

and put another piece of baking sheet on top of it

Roll the dough out with a rolling pin, and cut the it into the sizes you’d like for you crispbread

Bake at 180 degress for approximately 20 min.

Let them cool off on a grate, which will make them more crispy
