“Chili con carne” with cauliflower rice

I had my kind a Chili con carne for dinner tonight, after two hours at the gym.

This was really good! 🙂

Recipe (2-3 pers.):

450 gram minced meat

1 can tomatosauce

1 can tomatopuree

1 onion

2 gloves garlic

1 tsp chiliflakes or fresh chili (if you want it hot)

Salt/peber

2-3 tbsp dried basil (or fresh)

1 can red kidney beans

Cauliflower

Dice the onions and fry in a bit of oil, add meat and fry that too.

Add all of the other ingredients (except kidney beans) and let it simmer for half an hour. Add the kidney beans after approximately 20 min.

Blend the desired amount of cauliflower and heat for 1½-2 min. in a microwave and top with the meat.
