Veggie Omelette

Yesterday I had this delicious omelette for lunch
I could eat omelettes all the time 😀
Recipe:
2 eggs
1 grated carrot
1 handful peas
1 handful spinach (I use frozen, which I defrost)
1 tsp red curry paste
1½ tsp paprika
pinch of sea salt and peber
Mix everyting and fry in a pan
I added cottagecheese and tomatoes in mine
Enjoy 🙂
