Paleo buns with tuna mousse

This was my lunch yesterday, and it was sooo good !

I had one of my paleo crispbreads (recipe under pastries) with cottagecheese and tomato

and one of my paleo buns with tuna mousse and red bell peber – YUM!

Recipe for tuna mousse:

1 can tuna

2-3 tsbp skyr/quark or greek yoghurt

juice from 1/2 a lemon

pinch of peber and sea salt

Mix everything together with a fork until well combined

Enjoy 🙂
