Apple Pie overnight oats

So this is also one of my favorite servings for breakfast (yeah I’m definitely breakfastlover)
This is so simple and yet sooooo good!
Recipe:
30 gram oats
30 gram skyr/quark/greek yoghurt
3 tbsp milk of choice
1-1½ tsp cinnamon
½ chopped apple
1-1½ tbsp shredded coconut (if you like)
Mix everything in a bowl and store in fridge overnight
Enjoy next morning ! 🙂
I top mine with gojiberries, mulberries, chopped almonds and some more coconut/cinnamon.
