Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day – I’m always excited to wake op
in the morning and eat my breakfast, and this is one of my favorite !
Recipe:
Skyr (or greek yoghurt/quark)
10-20 gram frozen raspberries
10-20 gram frozen blueberries
Defrost rapsberries and blueberries overnight
(you can use fresh as well, you just won’t get the “juice” from the berries then)
Mix skyr with the berries and top with anything you like
My topping:
Mulberries
Gojiberries
Shredded coconut
Fresh blueberries
YUM! 🙂
