Apple Compot

Fall is here, so why not use the apples that’s all over my parent’t garden!? 🙂
You can use apples in almost everything – I love it !!
So yesterday I made some Apple Compot, which I use on my breakfast etc.
Recipe:
6-8 Apples – cut into cubes (you can use more, if you’d like a bigger portion)
1 tbsp vanilla powder (not sugar)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp stevia
9-10 tbsp water
Add everyting in a pot and let it cook until the water has evaporated
The apples will submit some juice, which has to evaporate too.
Let it cool off when done, and store in fridge
You can blend it, if you like applesauce instead.
