Todays Breakfast – Granola Apple Pie

This was really good and so Fall’ish 🙂
Recipe:
20 gram oats
20 gram granola
30 gram skyr/quark/greek yoghurt
2 tbsp chopped nut (I used almonds)
Apple compot (recipe under breakfast) OR 1 chopped apple
Mix everyting together – Except not(!!) the Apple Compot/Apples
Put the apple compot (or the chopped apples) in the bottom and sprinkle with cinnamon
Top with the granola filling
Bake at 200 degress for approximately 10-15 min.
I topped mine with some skyr mixed with vanilla powder, shredded coconut and raspberries.
