Protein pancakes

1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/2-3/4 scoop whey protein (I used Bodylab Vanilla, but anyone can do)
Mix and fry

LCHF cinnamon pancakes

IMG_1813Last night I had a craving for something sweet, so I made thes VERY delicious pancakes!

Recipe (4-5 small):

2 tbsp coconut milk or sour creme (NOT light)

2-3 eggs

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut fiber

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp fiber husk

Mix everything together and fry

Top with anything you’d like & enjoy 🙂

Protein cookies

IMG_1408I haven’t made protein cookies in a while, so last night I decided it was about time.

I don’t have any exact Measurements, since I just mix everything together.

Recipe:

3 ripe bananas (mash with a fork)

1 scoop 100 % whey protein (I used this one: http://www.energilageret.dk/shop/bodylab/bodylab+whey+100+(1+kg)+-+crispy+cookie.htm ) – but anyone will do!

Sunflower seeds

1-1½ tsbp cinnamon

2-3 tsbp shredded coconut

Glutenfree oats

Mix everything together (add oats/sunflower seeds until you have a “dough”)

Bake at 180-200 degress for 20-25 min.

They are great as pre- and postworkout snacks!

Banana pancakes

Recipe (10 small pancakes):

3 eggs

1 ripe banana

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp cardamom

Mix everything together in a blender and fry on a pan

Top with skyr/Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, jam etc.

Protein cookies

Ok guys – theese are seriously the BEST cookies I’ve ever made!

You really should go ahead and try them out!

Recipe (12-13 cookies):

3 ripe bananas

1 scoop vanilla whey protein

2 tsbp raw cacao

6 tsbp shredded coconut

100 gram oats (I use glutenfree)

To do:

Mash the bananas and mix everything together

Bake at 180  degress for 15-20 min.
