Kyllingedeller

Super nemme og lækre kyllingedeller.

Ingredienser som ses på billedet er:

800 g hk. kylling
2 æg
Buko flødeost (pikant, grøn pikant og natural)
-> Man kan nøjes med en stor pakke pikantost (smager bedst) eller hytteost
Saften af 1 citron
1 potte persille (hakkes)
2-4 fed hvidløg
salt/peber
3-4 håndfulde havregryn (finhvalsede er bedst at bruge, grovvalsede skal smuldres mellem fingrene)

Mix det hele sammen og steg på panden

Unavngivet

Recipe (6 buns):

4 eggs
1 dl creme fraiche 38 %
1 dl sunflowerseeds
1 dl sesameseeds
1 dl almond flour
2 tbsp fiber husk (Danish product)
1 tbsp Sukrin (Danish product)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 big gradet carrot

Mix eggs and creme fraiche together and then add the rest.

Leave the dough for 10 min.
Top with sunflowerseeds and bake at 200 degrees until firm and golden.

Tip: If you are “afraid” of fat (which you shouldn’t be!) – you can use skyr instead of creme fraiche

 

Avocado salad

I had this DELICIOUS avocado salad for lunch today.

It’s soooo simply to make!
You can add whatever you like – I used this:

Avocado
Cucumber
Bell peber
Cottage Cheese
Parma ham
Salt/peber to taste

Mashed cauliflower

IMG_3089Now this is soooo simple to make, and taste so good!
Great as a side dish

Recipe (2-3 pers):

1 cauliflowerhead
2 tbsp sour cream
1 pot fresh dill (chopped finely)
salt/peber to taste

Boil the cauliflowerhead until tender and blend/mash everything together

Falafel salad

IMG_3093Recipe (2-4 pers.)

2 can chickpeas
1-2 pot parsley
1-2 clove garlic
3 tsp coriander
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
½ tsp chili
2 tsbp lemonjuice
chickpea flour until you have a firm “dough”

Fry in oil

mix with Salad and vegetables after choice 🙂

I topped with my homemade herb dressing

Recipe herb dressing:

Sour creme min. 9 % fat
1 pot. fresh chives
1 pot fresh dill
Juice from ½ a lemon
Taste with salt/peber
