Peanutbutter Chicken with Veggies

Protein Date Bars

I’m constantly craving something sweet at the moment, maybe because fall is here now, and then you like cozy times 😀

So I made some healthy protein bars – the dates takes away my “sweet craving” and some of my rum balls (recipe under snacks)!

Recipe (7-8 bars):

200 gram date (stonefree)

15 gram vanilla whey protein powder (any taste will do)

2-2,5 tbsp raw cacao

20 gram oats (I use glutenfree)

5 gram shredded coconut

25 gram hasselnut (or any other nut)

25 gram banana

2 spsk water

½ tbsp coconut oil

Combine everything in the foodprocessor and form small bars

I covered mine with oats and shredded coconut

Store in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
