Creamy pasta with spinach

This was my dinner the other day, and it was sooo good. Espacially when knowing that the noodles are gluten-, carb- and lactosefree and only contain 5 cal. pr. 100 gram – YAY!!

They are made from the chineese konjakroot and water.

Recipe (1 serving):

200 gram Shirataki Noodles

1-2 tsp red curry paste

Mixed vegetables (I bought a back of “wok vegetables”)

Chicken breast (Approximately 150-200 gram)

2-3 tbsp soy sauce

Juice from 1 lime

To do:

Heat a bit of olive or coconut oil in a wok pan

Season the chicken with salt/peber etc. and cut into small pieces

Fry the chicken in the pan

Add noodles, vegetables, lime juice and soy sauce when the chicken has been fried

Fry for 4-5 min. and enjoy
