Creamy pasta with spinach

I was asked by one of my sweet followers on Instagram if I would share my recipe for this dish – and of course I will ! 🙂
Recipe:
Fresh whole wheat pasta
Mushrooms
Red bell peber
Peas
Low fat cream
Frozen or fresh spinach
1-2 glove garlic – finely chopped
Salt/peber to taste
To do:
Heat a bit of olive or coconut oil i a pan
Fry the garlic and add the other ingredients (exept pasta and cream)
When the ingredients has been fried for a bit (2-3 min.) you add the cream and season with salt/peber
Cook the pasta after the directions and add to the pan and mix well
Serve and enjoy! 🙂
