Protein Crepes

This was really DELICIOUS I can assure you !

You should give this a try – so easy to make 😉

Recipe (1 thick crepe or 2 thin):

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

60 g eggwhite

Mix together and fry in a pan on low heat

Filling:

Skyr mixed with blueberries and raspberries

Topping:

Shredded coconut, mulberries, gojiberries, almonds and a bit of agave sirup

YUM! 🙂

    In many of your recipes you add protein powder. Is that just to add more protein to your dish or does it give it a different taste?
    Can you leave protein powder out without ruining the snack/dish?

    (I was not sure if I had to write in english or danish)

      You can write in Danish, if you like that better! 😉
      But yes, I add protein powder to add more protein to the dish, but also because I think it gives a good taste!
      You can use oats instead of protein powder and then add vanilla powder or whatever taste you’d like 🙂
