Paleo Buns with beetroot and carrot

Theese are really great for breakfast or lunch !
The beetroot gives a good and unusual taste – you really should try theese out! 😉
Recipe:
100 gram sunflower seeds
100 gram flaxseeds
100 gram pumpkin seeds
30 gram almonds
2 grated carrots
1/2 grated beetroot
3 eggs
2 tsbp oil (I used olive oil)
1 tsp sea salt
Combine everything in a foodprocessor and form small buns
Bake at 180 degress for approximately 20 min.
Baking time may vary due to your oven, so keep an eye on them !
