Oat Cookies in less than 5 minutes !

Think we all like snacking – but do it in a healthy way !!
Theese oat cookies taste so good, and they really easy to make !
Recipe (10-11 pieces):
1 ½ ripe banan
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tsbp shredded coconut
1-2 tsbp chopped almonds
40-50 gram oats (or until everything is well combined)
Mix everything together and form small cookies with a spoon on a baking sheet
Bake at 180 degress for approximately 30-35 min. (depending on your oven)
They have to be firm and golden when done.
You can fill in whatever you like (I used coconut and almonds) but almost everything will do.
To make it even more delicious -> Top with peanutbutter 🙂
