Protein Crepes

Coconut tops

One of my favorite snack are coconut tops, but those you buy are filled

with sugar and other unhealthy stuff. So I thought it might be possible to

make a healthy version of them, and I was right ! 😉

Recipe:

20 gram vanilla whey protein powder

40 gram shredded coconut “flour”

20 gram almondflour (you can just blend almonds i a foodprocessor)

65 gram eggwhites

5 gram stevia

Bake at 200 degress for 15 min. or until golden and firm

Let them cool off and melt some 70 % (or more) dark chocolate and dip the bottom

Put them in the fridge until the chocolate has cooled off.
